March Madness was in full effect Thursday night at Utz Field.  2nd Grade Revenge shocked the Baltimore kickball world, gaining retribution for years of losses by upsetting A Bunch of Mugs (1-1) with a 1-0 shutout.  It was the first time the Revenge have ever beaten the Mugs and the first time in four years the Mugs failed to score a run.

Despite the loss, the Mugs continued their exceptional defensive play.  First baseman Suketu Sonecha was all over the right side of the field, snatching balls out of the air every time they came his way.  But the Revenge finally managed to manufacture a run in the top of fourth and the Mugs were unable to come back and settle the score.

The Mugs hope to regain their winning form when they visit Multiple Scorgasms next week at Utz Field.  Game time is set for 8:10 PM.
